"Not much to choose from"
I went in hoping to find what I needed, but the selection was small. After looking around for a while, I started wondering if they were just low on stock or if they don’t really carry much to begin with. Either way, I left without finding what I came for.

"Good price, no hassle"
I found the appliance I needed for less than I was seeing on other sites, so that was a nice surprise. The delivery fee was fair too, and yeah... even with that added on, the total still made sense. Nothing fancy or over the top, just good value and easy overall. I’d use txappliance.com again.

The guys showed up right on time and got everything installed quickly. Super easy experience from start to finish 👍

"Helpful warranty support, but the delay made me unsure"
Support did end up sorting out my warranty question and even followed up after the delivery, which I appreciated. It just took about a day longer than I expected, and that kind of slowed my confidence a bit. They helped without too much hassle in the end, but the wait made me wonder if I could fully count on the process next time.

"Helpful support, but the wait was a little annoying"
Support did help me out in the end, which I appreciated. I was just a bit impatient because it took them a while to reply, but once they got back to me, they were helpful...
